Patrick was very professional, prompt and resolved issues with my freezer quickly. I appreciated the hassle free experience and will keep details on file in case we ever have any other future issues with any of our other products. Highly recommended as he was able to fix our freezer without effect
Rang Patrick at 10am Sunday morning, he rang me back straight away with his call out fee( very reasonable)and said he would be able to attend by 3pm latest same day. Within 5 mins he found fault and fixed it, very polite and professional, would highly recommend. Thanks Patrick
