Amazing service. Rang at 9am on Monday urgently needing to purchase an under the counter freezer for my elderly parents. Delivered and installed all by 12.30 the same day! Thank you as I know with the pre Christmas rush you were very busy.

All positive at point of sale ,but uninterested when things go wrong, Not the service Walls used to give , disappointing really. In an age when the Internet dominates and the big box shifters are at the front I'd still expect the independent to give better service.
