The men that come out and do the quotes or replace the windows etc are great. The office staff keep getting it wrong. Wrong day. Time. Frustrating

I invited 2 well known window companies and Black Country Glazing to give me a quote to double glaze a 2 bedroom starter home. The first gave me a load of sales talk despite me telling him I wanted bottom price and no time to waste, the second one was the same, Black Country Glazing then turned up

Went in for a quote on a small plain complete window + sill. Couldn't give me the price there and then for some reason and said they'd get it to me later that day. I phoned them each day for the next 3 days and they kept saying they were waiting for their profiler? Couldn't wait any longer so went r
