Update: Samsung have agreed to a full replacement as they deemed Emsted's service to be so bad. Samsung robot hoover sent for repair, sat on the workbench for a week without being assessed. The only reason it was looked at was because I called and chased myself. Returned without the casing attached

After a less than satisfactory experience with Samsung I was very pleasantly surprised by the service from Emsted. They fixed my robot hoover and then when a second bit got damaged in transit they sent a replacement part, plus followed up with a phone call to check all was now well. Highly recommend
