Genuinely didn't know you had to book a slot so was turned away. Must have been lucky January 2025 as I didn't book then either but was waved straight through the gate, maybe the trainee was on duty that day lol.

Staff are great!!! Guy on the gate is an absolute legend. Went yesterday with a huge haul divided over 4 trips through the day. Staff were really helpful and made sure the traffic moved smoothly
