Went in completely blind to what I needed as me and diy don’t mix! However Laura was very patient with me and sorted out a gift voucher I had with me. Good range of products & they can mix paint on site. Thank you Laura.

Terrible paint. Painted three building with their professional paints. Told the staff about my issues and concerns yet no one answered or contacted myself. I would not recommend there paints as after just 1year the whole lot is needed to be done again. Totalling another £2k. The photos are just one

Brilliant customer service received today at Johnstones. Emily was polite & helped me to find the perfect wood stain for my furniture renovation project. I will definitely be visiting again when starting my next project.
