I had an issue with my calor gas heater, just before Christmas. I contacted them via email, they were absolutely great. I am very grateful to Jasmin & Phil. DPD picked up the heater on Monday. Today is Friday, Parcelforce have just dropped it off. Great people, great service

It is a scam. I have paid £230 for vaccum cleaner and they were delaying delivery, I filled return forms for refund but still not getting money or vaccum cleaner. I have been tried to contact but no response. Beware of scamming
