Well the two guys that attended my house were con artists. Was told on the phone £80 for the call out plus parts. When they attended they informed me it just needed a new latch for an additional £30. When I asked why the latch was so much, they wished me luck and stormed out. Thanks for the luck. I

Tim & his colleague Tony responded quickly when notified that we had problems locking our two doors and when attending needed to fit two locking mechanisms and two secure locks- an excellent service to be relied upon!
