Bought a washing machine from Owens, after about 6 weeks the door broke. Contacted Owens and they didn't want to know,just said they are only responsible for the first 28 days and we would have to contact the manufacturer and use their warranty. We still haven't got it fixed after nearly 3 weeks. I'
Shopped here for years great service friendly and fast! But went in today to buy a new washer and was told they only deliver now in a 10 mile radius as it's time and man power! this must be fairly recent policy as they have delivered to neighbours near me in the last 2 years, shame they will lose a
