Richard replaced & relocated a radiator in our bedroom at short notice, amending pipe work to improve efficiency and performance. He was an absolute gem - removing and replacing flooring and tidying up afterwords. I’ll be using him for lots more improvements and maintenance

Rich has done a couple of jobs for my friend recently that she is over the moon with. He was prompt, was keen to offer solutions, and cleaned up each day. He is highly recommended.

R P Maintenance did a brilliant job of my new fences and gate. It was a tricky job, but they worked through it, and the finish was excellent. I would definitely use them again and highly recommended.
