We went to see Derek at their base in Redditch. Told us a lot and we made a decision to get a door from them. Approx 4 weeks waiting time and they fitted the door on time within 3hrs. We had the front door and the conservatory sills replaced recently. The entire experience, from visiting the showroom, to the final fitting was wonderful. Every contact was when they said it would be and every email so friendly. The fitting team, Richard and Harvey, were amazing. Lovely to have in o
