Sarah has been so helpful with my mum's loft. She wrote a letter saying how unacceptable my mum's loft had been left, after spray foam removal. The company that removed it, returned and spent another day stripping it back, cleaning and adding fibreglass on the floor, to keep the heat in and the dust
