Outstanding customer service by all workers there today who helped myself and my Mum (who has vulnerable health conditions) unload car and dispose of rubbish responsibly. Went above and beyond, so exceptionally helpful and polite. Can't thank you enough!

Had to go to recycling today 22/11/25 to get rid of my old armchair, struggling health wise so I was extremely grateful for the help from one off the team, I have never had any help before in all the years I’ve been going to that tip. So well done to Phil the guy that helped me & thankyou so much.⭐️

The younger member of the team checked if I needed help with emptying my car on 3 out of 5 visits. I didn't, but it set a good impression for the recycling team generally. Thank you.
