Asked for full payment upfront, didn't clean loft out properly, and refused to clear all loft, we had to reclean it later with our own disinfectant, all this was included in price over £2000 but they didn't want to do it, do not recommend!

Contacted my local council NWLDC regarding a wasp nest, they sub it out to Tennals Keith did a great job we no longer have any wasps to annoy us, many thanks
