There's a lovely team who run the centre, very polite and friendly! Steve, who greets you a the entrance is always smiling and engages with me every visit! Tom and Sarah are also very nice and helpful along with a few more whose names I don't know! Well done team!

I was a bit grumpy the other week when I went to the tip and found out you needed to book a time slot in advance… Having used it three times since, booking in advance each time, I can see why they’ve done it and it works very well, straight in and out, no queues. Staff seem friendlier and more help
