Vance was fantastic. We had a few bathroom jobs to do - a leaky bath waste pipe, a dripping sink tap - and he popped over to have a look. Very quickly diagnosed our tap as seized up, and offered to drive and get us a replacement so he could fix same day. He sorted our sticking (and driving us crazy)
