Phoned up and they advised the skip would be taken anytime between 10 to whatever time.. no time slot provided. Phoned at 1 pm still could not provide a time as drivers on lunch. Phoned at 4:15 are you still coming? No we are busy we will now come tomorrow. It would of been nice for someone to tell
